Lucky Devil Lounge came from the same ownership group behind Dante’s, Devils Point, and Kit Kat Club. Its atmosphere was built around a 1960s Playboy Club concept with red velvet, a copper bar, gas fireplaces, and a custom steel stage.
During the 2020 pandemic shutdown, the club went internationally viral for Food 2-Go-Go, a drive-thru show for carloads picking up food. The pivot came after the club’s food-delivery concept, Boober Eats, received a cease-and-desist from Uber.
It is one of the oddest and best documented nightlife stories to come out of that era: genuinely one-of-a-kind, and genuinely world famous.
